I am Zack Batty with Batty Properties. I’ve been licensed as a realtor in the state of Tennessee since 2023. There are three true passions I have in life: (1) My family (2) Real Estate & Personal Finance in general (3) Table Tennis. Yes, you read that right, one of my passions is Table Tennis and I’d be delighted to play you, regardless of skill level.

About Zack:
I received my BS in Mathematics from Cumberland University in 2012, playing for the Men’s soccer team my first 3 years. 7 years later (2019), I received my MBA from Cumberland University, wrapping up my last final exam 9 days after my first child was born. My beautiful wife, Angela, gave birth to our 3rd child in April 2024. We have 2 boys and a little girl!
As a typical Millennial, I’ve had quite a few jobs, but all of them have been in the finance industry. I have 5 years of banking experience, including commercial underwriting and consumer lending. For the last 5 years, I’ve also worked as a financial consultant for both Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
We have a home in Bellevue, TN and investment properties in Akron, Ohio. I’m actually a Nashville native, growing up on the east side of town before migrating to Bellevue in 2017.
Outside of family, my passions include: real estate, table tennis, soccer, reddit, personal finance, and convincing my children I’m an actual magician with magical powers.
